Eli was born and raised in Winona Lake, IN, and, growing up in a Christian family, gave his life to Christ in high school. After high school, Eli attended LIFT, an outdoor leadership program, and worked at Winona IT as a HelpDesk Technician. Eli joined the WCC staff as the Facilities Coordinator in April 2025.

Eli and Emily will be married June 2025 and will have a dog named Copper.
